Return and refund policy

All items sold in this shop are produced on demand and should thus be considered custom made items not subject to the 14 day right of withdrawal set by EU Consumer Rights Directive.

No returns will be accepted nor refunds made except where required by the law. All sales are final.

Any returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Items must be in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. Customer will pay for the return shipping. Contact us at nikolas@lahtinen.org with an email title of "RETURN Leksbräu order #1234" (replace 1234 with your order number). Please explain the reason for the return in the email body. You will be provided with a return address. We will refund your payment once we receive the product. Please note that we might not be able to make a full refund if the product has been used or damaged by the customer while evaluating it.
